Grassroots Development and Empowerment Action Platform does not engage in unrealisable programs or projects. GDEAP believes that changing the life of one individual at the grassroots can become the motivating factor that can bring about social change to everyone at this level. So we are focused with those at the base than the ruling elites. We believe that by building partnerships with community-based organizations and movements, getting members of the communities involved and empowered to take upon projects will make our work more realistic than using the old model of top-bottom approach.
